Cancellations Department - Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and BILINGUAL IN SPANISH Customer Service/Collections representatives to join our team at our Corporate Office located in Texas (North Houston-FM 1960/Veterans Memorial Area).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer Service/Telemarketing experience required for a minimum of 1 year (a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must be able to answer multi-line phone with pleasant phone manner

  • Must be able to handle a high volume of incoming and outbound calling

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Must be able to professionally handle complaints and difficult situations

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

POSITION SUMMARY: This position requires someone who is detailed oriented, and has organizational skills to keep multiple assignments on track. Attention to details is critical as is and providing exceptional customer service. Must be available to meet daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
