Fitness Connection is looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Manager oversees all front desk and kids’ club duties and staff which includes managing the staff, ensuring a great customer experience at the front desk and kids’ club, reviewing payroll and handling customer questions and concerns. Also performs banking and customer service management duties and assists gym management as needed. Must be available nights and weekends.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
Pleasant, energetic personality with excellent administrative
Organized, ability to prioritize and multi-task
Understanding of basic cash procedures
Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic
Basic computer skills
High School Diploma or GED
